Work party volunteers should meet at Bradley’s farm, in Hincaster, at 10am as usual. It may be muddy (and wet, if the forecast is anything to go by), so please bring waterproofs and stout boots or wellies. You’ll also need to bring your own food and refreshments. We can supply other safety equipment – helmet, gloves, hi-viz etc.

The easiest way to get there if you’re not familiar with the area is to come off the A590 at the Brettargh Holt Roundabout (the same one you’d use if you were going to Barrow) and follow the exit towards Sedgwick. Immediately after crossing the river, turn right. Follow the road into Hincaster village, and at the grassy triangle bear left. Go past the farm buildings on the left.
If you’re using Sat Nav, use the postcode LA7 7ND which will get you to the centre of the village.
