100 Club

Support the Trust and Win Prizes!

The '100 Club' is a fund raising venture. For an annual subscription of £12, payable by 1^st July each year, members will be eligible for monthly prize draws. The annual prize money will total £670, made up as follows:

11 monthly prizes of £20, £15, and £10, drawn at the monthly Executive Committee meetings and

Annual special prizes of £100, £50 and £25, drawn at the Annual General Meeting.

Rules of the '100 Club' are given below. Special provisions are made for those who join part way through the year. To apply for membership, please download the application form (PDF) and return it with your subscription details to the address on the form.

Membership is open to non-members as well as members of the Trust, so encourage your friends to join!

RULES

1. The name of the Club shall be  The Lancaster Canal Trust '100 Club'.
2. Membership shall be limited to 100 members. Any increase must be approved by the Executive Committee of the Trust.
3. Cost of membership shall be £12 p.a., payable before 1st July each year. Any increase or decrease in the membership fee will be subject to approval by the Executive Committee of the Trust.
4. Prizes will be on a monthly basis, with 11 monthly draws of: 1 x £20; 1 x £15; 1 x £10. Additionally, there will be a draw at the Annual General Meeeting of the Trust with the prizes as follows: 1 x £100; 1 x £50; 1 x £25. The above prizes will apply when all 100 tickets are allotted. For allocations of less or more than 100 tickets, prize levels will be determined by the Executive Committee of the Trust.
5. Membership will be open to members and non-members of the Trust.
6. Members may have more than one number allotted to them, subject to approval by the Executive Committee.
7. Subscriptions can only be on an annual basis; renewal notices will be issued by 1st May each year.
8. Membership will be lapsed if renewal payment has not been received by 1st July.
9. Prize winners will be notified by post and their names shall be published in Waterwitch.
10. Rules of the '100 Club' can only be amended by a resolution passed by the Executive Committee of the Trust.
